Guest guest
I just had a colonoscopy a month ago and they used Propofol. I have had over 15 colonoscopies and this last one was the best as far as anesthesia wear off. I didn't remember a thing, and I felt back to normal much quicker than other drugs. No side effects either. Great drug in my experience. Thanks Jodi for your prior support!:)Sent from my iPhone Has anyone done high doses of Vitamin C or Magnesium to clear out for Colonoscopy? My GI does not use Fleet preps anymore (that caused me to go to the ER) He gave me Miralax or MoviPrep- my choice. And he gave me Zolfram if I experience bad nausea. Has anyone experienced the drug Propofol as the anesthesia? I have had a heard time with anesthesia in the past. Thanks, Jodi
Guest guest
It wasn't for a colonoscopy, it was for a small bowel series. I wish I had asked about what it was called, because I will never use it again. The barium drink is a dream compared to that oily nasty stuff. Guest guest
I am brain dead today just thinking about drinking that awful stuff tomorrow. It is really a mental thing with me and drinking that stuff. Is chicken broth considered clear liquid? My paper says gatorade or a flavored water but I want something warm.
