Guest guest
: I am from Central Pennsylvania. I was talking to my sister-in-law in Oregon and she was disappointed with how I've been treated by medical residents and interns. She doesn't suffer from pancreatitis, but other digestive problems. She has had bad experiences with medical residents and interns too. She is really astonished over how the medical residents and interns won't accept the results of the trypsinogen test that I had. A test is scientific and is something doctors use to diagnose certain conditions. The trypsinogen test is pancreas specific. Amylase and lipase tests can indicate pancreas problems too. My trypsinogen test came back abnormal. I looked up the trypsinogen test via the internet. In the data it states that an abnormal trypsinogen test means an abnormal pancreatic production or pancreatic cancer or acute pancreatitis or chronic pancreatitis. My amylase levels were also elevated when I was in the hospital this last time. Still the medical residents/interns did not want to believe that I had a pancreas problem. They mentioned that it's true that my trypsinogen test came back abnormal and that this indicates a pancreas problem, but still this is only one test. I am taking your advice and not going back to the hospital that I was hospitalized at this last time. I could end up dying like I almost did last year if I keep allowing these medical residents/interns oversee my care.
