You can type in Greek yogurt and you will find some recipes there. I grew up with very bitter yogurt, which I love. Here in Oklahoma, Braums has the best yogurt which tastes very similar to my grandmas. It is hard to find plain unsweetened yogurt in the stores. Good luck.
