On a similar note, I started using Pepto Bismol, which I'm finding

works well -

I had some situations where I had to do things that stressed me a bit

in the

mornings, and Pepto really helped with that in terms of coating the

stomach

to counterbalance the stress (my system seems to be very reactive even

to minimal stress + one often sleeps less and that seems to enhance the

bodily stress as well)

However, I'm just wondering if anyone knows whether it has negative

effects if used more often than rarely.

???
