When people list the date they started SCD, is that 100 %

strict adherence? I am having the hardest time today. I went back to the intro and

all it’s done for me is feeling hungry and triggering my eating disorder

issues. I am not tempted to eat an illegal food. I wonder if it would be best

for me to just try to stick to legal foods, add good fat back in which keeps me

fuller, and not worry so much about doing the stages.

I would really like to do it right, I just don’t know

if I can.
