My lumpectomy is Wednesday. I asked two nurses at the doctor's office, but wanted to check here too: Has anyone had those procedures interfere with each other? I really really don't want to put the lumpectomy off again. Thanks Ps Both nurses said no problem, but hey, y'all probably have more combined experience. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ No virus found in this incoming message. Guest guest
I don't think there will be any problem. For the colonoscopy, the bad part is the prep, when you have to clean out your bowels. The rest is realtively easy (with the proper sedative!). > > Dear all, > > I'm scheduled for a routine screening colonoscopy on Friday. My > lumpectomy is Wednesday. Guest guest
Hi , I did have a colonoscopy (and an endoscopy the same day) right before my lumpectomy. The prep is not fun, but both the tests were alright to deal with and didn't interfere with any other procedures I was having done. Best of luck!
