Does anyone know if acacia fiber

is legal? It is a prebiotic soluable fiber.

Not legal. Like inulin, it feeds bacteria -- all bacteria, not just the

good ones. The objective of SCD is to starve out the bad

bacteria.

Not legal. Chock full of illegal polysaccharides.

Well, that's one product I can return. I have made so many " mistakes " getting

things that are illegal on SCD. I looked at so many diets and products out

there...each with different suggestions. What drew me to SCD was that it was

actually food based, albeit effort based, but the sheer number of people willing

to do this because they see results. I commend you all for doing this!
