Guest guest
Hi Gisele, My problem sounds abit different to yours. I get white mucous in the centre corners of my eyes during the day, but they are not mucousy or gunky when I wake up. My eyes seems to dry out during the night ie. when I get up to go to the toilet it takes awhile before I can open them, but no mucous. I will post if I find anything out. Carmel. > > i barely eat dairy ( just butter) & have had long periods of not even that & still I have mucousey eyes --especially in the morning ...they are worse right now as allergy season/stress/mold has got me in a mini flair ..but for 2~years --even during periods of no other symptoms?? mungy eyes!! i haven't been able to solve it? If you do, please post it . gisele >

A saline rinse of your sinuses offers two benefits - one - it will flush out free bacteria, dust and allergens and two - it will help thin out the mucous and make it easier to eliminate.
