Guest guest
Hi Margreet and glad to read you are feeling fabulous!! Good for you! I loved reading how you can go up stairs now, too. Florida has been hit by a second hurricane, and it appears there is a chance that another monster, Ivan the Terrible, is on it's way. We shall see. Janie > I'm feeling FAB from FABULOUS! Guest guest
You sound like you are feeling great! :-) Roxanna North Star German Shepherd Dog Rescue Inc northstargsdr@... www.northstargsdr.org I'm feeling FAB!!! I'm feeling FAB from FABULOUS! Hi there, it's me Margreet (from the Netherlands). I'm sorry I wasn't near my computer for a while. (BTW, I had to change e-mail adres last week, and also got a new yahooadres). How are you lovely people doing and for those in the area: is Frances calming down a little? Hope you all are doing fine. Just to let you know that 5 weeks ago, I've reduced my 3 & 1/4 grains of Armour to 3 grains and exchanged the 1/4 grain Armour for .025 mg Thyrax. It works wonders! I can't believe that I'm feeling great for 3 weeks already! The first two weeks I felt awful since I got a temporary hypo from the lesser T3. Also, I started dieting a bit (did not see any weightloss really) but last week my bloodwork was way over the ranges, TSH 0.005, and I felt too hyper also. (headache and trembling a little). Now I have reduced more with the Armour, since unfortunatedly the quart grain can't be easily split. So currently I take 2 & 3/4 grain Armour and 37,5 Thyrax. Let's see what happens. I can always go back to my older dose. I still can't believe I'm doing so great. I really thought this wasn't possible anymore. Obviously, my Ft4 needs to be high too, but couldn't up my Armour since the Ft3 was getting too high to feel well. Today I have no more musclepain, I walk the stairs as light as a feather, (can you imagine, hehehe), I do household errands with no problems, I have no more heart-troubles, even when I'm hyper, I feel calm! (The Crataegus really works to get the heart back in shape. I don't even use the Crataegus anymore the last two weeks). (Crataegus is natural med, Hawthorn right?). And I'm absolutely convinced that years of lacking treatment with Thyrax gave me those heartproblems. (GGgggrrrrr). For those of you that are doubting if you ever will get well: if I can get well after all those years of desperate searching, (and I feel I almost died from the synthetic meds alone), you -most likely- will succeed too! This forum contributed a great part of where I'm now. Thanks Y'all! Ooohh and by the way, my ferritin went up again! Its 58 now, (whereas < 2 in synthetic hypohell). Without Iron-meds! Margreet. Guest guest
Hi Roxanna, Thank you for confirmation, hehehe. But yes, it's AMAZING REALLY. I can't believe it myself. I'm high in the sky! Today I feel even better. I think it is because I'm cutting back my hyper. I guess I started losing a little weight. So I don't know if my 'landing' will be tough, 6 more weeks for the blood to get established. And until I have reached my final weight, if I will ever succeed, I guess I'll be tweaking till the end of time...... But I surely hope that one day, I don't have to alter my dose so frequently. The largest relief for the moment however, is that it is POSSIBLE to feel GREAT.... thats the most important thing, isn't it? (And to feel great after 18 milicuries of RAI is something I no more expected. After all the suffering I went through, I severely regret that I took it 4 years ago).
