Guest guest Posted March 6, 2004 Report Share Posted March 6, 2004 Hi, I thought I should take a quick moment to introduce myself. My name is Deb and I'm from London, Ontario in Canada. I'm 30 years old and work in the education system with high needs developmental students. I joined Weight Watchers on February 22, 2003 at a weight of 248.4 pounds. Since then I have lost 72.4 pounds and although I am 6 pounds away from the goal that my doctor recommended for me, I find that I still need the support and encouragement. Once I reach my goal of 170, I plan to lose an additional 10-15 pounds to reach my personal goal of 155-160.
