Tory and April - thanks for your congratulations on my NSV yesterday. But

guess what...?

I was stupid. I apparently overdid it, and today my incision from that

surgery two weeks ago is bleeding. A lot. Bummer! Here I go and act like a

kid

again, having the time of my life, thinking all is well down south, and this

morning I'm paying the piper! I called the doctor who said not to worry (yeah

right -- he doesn't know who he's talking to!!). Pooh, pooh and pooh -- I

guess I'll have to restrain myself for a while longer. Oh well, our heat wave

is predicted to abate in the next few days anyway!

Bette,

I don't know what surgery you had, but most of the time you have to wait a few

weeks and then start very gradually. Be sure to take it easy for the next few

days and allow yourself time to heal properly.

Bette, I'm so sorry! You definitely need to take it easy and just let

yourself recover. That swimsuit will still be there. : )

Oh no Bette!

I'm sure a little while more of it healing won't derail you. In the

meantime just make plans to work out and take it easy!
