My PT suggested using vitamin E, like the stuff inside the gel tablets,

have any of you done this??, Anne

I did and it made me much worse. Not at first but later on. When I first put

it on it feels great but later on it starts to burn. So I don't use it any

more.

I heard that vitamin E (along with lidocaine) is something that you

could all of a sudden develop a contact allergy to it.
