I hear you Stacey, thanks. Like I think I said eggs was one of my good habits.

And I

really need protein to feel better and since it is so hard for me to DO

anything,

besides being cheap you can have some hard boiled eggs for instant protein when

needed.

I am going back to them. But I use so much butter I think I had better not use

that.
