Ging, Medrol is a steriod. It is Methylprednisolone. It is a glucocorticord

which is a adrenocortical steriod. Your MD just switched you from one brand

of steriod to another. Ging, I am one of the lucky ones who had a bad root

canal tooth. It was extracted in 5/01. The CU did not immediately go away.

It was a slow process and took about 5 months to see the noticable

difference. At times I still feel itchy and feel like things are crawling

under my skin but no hives or angioedema now. I am not ready to start the

implant process yet. It just feels so good to not be hiving and swelling. I

am praying it is not just a short remission. Love,
