Guest guest
Cyrella, Your post sounds so healthy. I think that using WW as a tool when you need it instead of a life sentence is a great way of life. Right now I'm needing to use WW totally, but I'm also trying to change some pretty serious eating habits I got in to. Thanks for your post and congratulations on achieving lifetime membership. By the way...I think it's ok to state this as often as you want because it gives your opinions credibility...you've made the program work for you and I'm sure some of your suggestions will also help others achieve success. Thanks for your post! Guest guest
I agree! I think if you've made lifetime you SHOULD remind people. It doesn't come across wrong. That's what we're all about here. However I'm concerned that you (Jenn) refer to Wwers as a " life sentence. " it really isn't. It is actually quite easy, after you've done it for a long time, to keep the momentum going to stay completely on program. That doesn't mean you never have struggles, but the momentum keeps you going. However if you take the attitude that being on program is negative then yes, you will have a hard time staying on program. Your attitude is a HUGE part in this program...HUGE! (Not that I'm suggesting YOU have a bad attitude, just using the " collective you " .) > Re: Taking Breaks & Not > Feeling Overwhelmed > > > Cyrella, > > Your post sounds so healthy. (Not that I'm suggesting > YOU have a bad attitude, just using the " collective you " .) That was kind of my point: That WW ISN'T a life sentence, it's a tool to use on our way to success. I know that when I am using WW I feel carefree and a lot of the burden of " what do I eat " is lifted from me. It's an easy program to follow and that's what I was trying to get across in my post...that it SHOULD be easy and freeing and that you shouldn't feel like it's a life sentence. Stuck?
