Don't pay too much attention to the conversion charts. I was on .125 Levoxyl, and am now on nearly 3 1/2 grains Armour...far higher than what the conversion chart recommended. That is very high for a " treated " hypoT. And you have symptoms still.You have much room for improvement. Something we must all keep in mind when trying to compare ourselves to each other and each others experiences is that there are many levels at which our thyroid metabolism can fail. Sometimes we can see it with lab values, sometimes only through symptoms, sometimes both. Some of us may do well on Armour alone. Some may need more T3 supplement. Thyroid metabolism can fail at the hypothalamus, the pituitary, the thyroid, the liver conversion, or right at the cell receptors. Not to mention antibodies against thyroid hormones.
