Guest guest Posted March 27, 2009 Report Share Posted March 27, 2009 due to irregular heartbeat/and EKG that was a bit " off " at internists Monday I saw a cardiologist today... it's probably just from low weight/LOW BP - always been low but getting bit lower I think - he's concerned with me passing out in the car etc so.... he wants me to up water to 8 glasses/day (was just trying to make myself do 6 for the internist) but ok I will -along with uping salt intake to up BP AND -I thought of you Marilyn -He said my good chol is so good " don't worry, put back in my steak eggs etc -let's get the weight up etc " who-hoo a license to feast on cholesterol!!!!!! BUT I need more calories and less yeast triggers now - also other doc brought me down in yogurt -was 2 cups day now 3/4 cup - might go back up as I don't think it's an issue??? help!!! thanks in advance I will type what I'm thinking of doing minus supplements/vits etc ok... I'll number my meals as I do eat often 1) 2 eggs with ghee ,salt, 1/4 cup whole milk yogurt and 1/8 of a cooked pear (1 slice ) 2) 2 avoc, 1/2 ban, 1 cup water ,lil van extract in a shake -I drink 3/4 of it now 3) grilled chicken, spinach, 1 slice apple (1/8)oil and salt 4) 1/2 ban with 1 egg in a pancake form ,1/4 cup yog ,1 slice pear 5)Steak/pork ,zuc noodles,1 apple slice, salt 6) rest of shake from above, butternut squash/ghee (might need another idea here), 1 pecan butter muffin and a spoonful of pecan butter (was pb icecream and squash pie before Lent instead of pb and squash/ghee) afraid to add those back now with yeast????? THOUGHTS???? additions ??? I am quite shaky this week on/off as I come off all the fruit - was hypoglycemic pre-scd but my blood sugar was fine fasting just recently- but that was on the fruits??? so confused THANK YOU ALL FOR LISTENING/HELPING what would I do without you? disintegrate apparently -LOL!!! eileen 14 months scd Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
