sprouted grain legal????

HI!

Does someone know if sprouted grains- buckwheat, etc...And sprouted beans- lentils, garbanzo... are legal????

It would seem that in the sprouting it would use up the bad starches to "grow" though I am not sure & don't want to mess around here...!

Sorry, not legal on the grains.

Sprouted beans, if you are very careful to remove the seed coat from each

and every one of the sprouts MAY be tolerated by some people.

gotcha! and thank you!i've found a few really great raw food items in LA made with 100% legal ingredients and i was hoping to expand, but i'm happy to know!
