That happened with my yogurt too, but I'm not sure if it's normal or not. Also, is it normal to have lumpy yogurt? Mine always has a lot of tiny little lumps, mostly at the bottom.AlyssaI just got done cooking my yogurt for 30hrs in a yogourmet machine and it has about 1 1/2 inches of water at the top of it. Is this normal? Thanks,Ron

I don't use a yogurt maker but I don't get water on top the way I do

it. Are you sure it's water?
