Welcome, Tina! I'm a new (active) member of this group, too but I did want to welcome and encourage you. I have been on the WW program for a year and a half. I find it to be a very workable way to live. It has helped me to look at it as a lifestyle change instead of a diet that will eventually end. Good luck!
