Hi Cooky,

I started just last week... 50mg mino friday and tuesday (don't ask

why those days, i just got inspired one day and that was it). then i

took 100mg last friday and also 100mg today (monday). will be on

100mg wed and fri and so forth (3 times each week). i happened to get

my period the day after mino and i felt yuk. i don't know about you,

but i've always felt awful at that time of the month, and suffered

badly with PMT/moodswings etc. with RA, the pain gets worse too.

however now the pain has settled down and not too bad at all. i've

been sticking to the anti-candida diet pretty well and taking natural

antifungals and lots good probiotics (boulardii too) as well as

fermented cabbage (kimchi). i think it's all helping but we'll see.

it's hard for me to come to terms with taking drugs - maybe i'm a

sissy i don't know. i can't beat it on my own - i know that now.
