Guest guest
, I think when you are first post-op popcorn may not be advisable ...obviously for digestive reasons but I am 7 months post-op and have no problem eating popcorn. I buy the 97% fat free from Orville ... Obviously my quantity is limited but I'm fine with it ... Cheryl
Guest guest
Cheryl THANK YOU -THANK YOU- THANK YOU. I, like , just assumed that popcorn would be forever banned from my life. This is a food I have actually been kind of mourning because I LOVE popcorn. Also, like , I was afraid I would never be able to go to a movie theater again. There is no way I can imagine NOT getting at least a small popcorn to eat slowly. But you have given me hope - light at the end of the tunnel. I did see a story from the Intl Food Show here in San Francisco that there is going to be a new gourmet popcorn product on the market next year that is made from baby corn and is virtually hulless. I figured that maybe my new tummy would handle that. Thanx again for hopeful info Shari/San Francisco Re: Popcorn , I think when you are first post-op popcorn may not be advisable ..obviously for digestive reasons but I am 7 months post-op and have no problem eating popcorn.
