Well, since Rick has uploaded it for me...it's there

for everyone now. It's called: Social Security

Info1.pdf The people who have seen it and used it have

found it extremely helpful. Pay particular attention

to the list in the middle of the document.

Also I have the name a email of someone who worked at

the SS office until he took SSDI himself. He will talk

you thru the paperwork and what is required. He will

NOT DO IT for you but will give you help and

encouragement in the process. It was well worth the

one hour long distance phone call to him rather than

pay a lawyer 25%. I am convinced that talking to Mike

Finklestein for one hour was how I got mine the first

go round.

I'll be glad to help anyone get in touch with Mike or

to help anyone understand the process involved but
