I'm a wood person myself, metal's too cold.mixing it up wouldn't be too bad.

I would go with those do-it-yourself wood floors like Pergo. Iron beds can

be annoying too, they do a lot of squeaking and stuff just sitting down on

them.

Here's one some people don't think of. Have you ever vaccumed your bed? If

not I would suggest it. Dead skin cells fall off your body at night and get

into your mattress where dust mites feed on them. If you've had the same

mattress for years and especially if it's a matress that has been passed

down, it still has some of the former owner in there.

If you've purcahsed a " new " mattress watch out it might not be new. It's

not against the law for a mattress company to take an old mattress, leave

the old stuffing inside and just re cover it to make it look new. This can

wreak all kinds of havic on your sinuses.
