Guest guest
Dear Henry, Thanks for the advise on the Easter Bunny/Santa/Toothfairy. Yes, I do put on a good act. I remember growing up my parents playing the act too. When I got my first job that Christmas I was still living at home & I went out & bought lots of presents and Santa left my parents a very nice Christmas that year. My mom still talks about how considerate to do that after all the years Santa had been good to us. The only thing that had gone wrong was, my sister was only 11 or 12, so I left my brother in charge of taking the presents down stairs to put under the tree after my parents were in bed but he went out with some friends that night, and came home late so Santa left the packages up in his room. I wasn't very happy with him, but to see the surprise on my parents faces made up for it. I hope someday my kids will remember what great times we had playing and will always have the memories I had. The only thing is we spent the day as a family, and Dave won't go to my family's with us. Well, I must go. My girls have been bouncing off of the walls this evening, and I must go put a stop to the candy eatin' now. The Easter Bunny was very good to them. I hope you had a nice day today. And yes, the girls & I did make it to Church. And it felt good to be there. I haven't been there in quite a while, and I found I've really missed it. The twins usually go every week with my sister, but today all 3 girls & I went. Amy is 13 now, so she says she really doesn't believe some of the things they have been telling her since she was a baby. Ya know, its that rebellous years going on here. I'm sure she will come to her senses again when these teenage days are over. I'm not too worried about her. When I go to Church she will go. So, now I know I need to get back there regurally so she don't wander too far away. I hope you made it today too. I'm so glad I did. Talk to you soon, my friend. Lots of Love,
