And they are available without tofu. 2. amino acids - I take them and they make a big difference in my mood and energy level. Does anyone have any information?3. with a food diary - how long does it take to have a reaction to a food? If you wouldn't mind listing all the ingredients if you have the package, it would help. Thank you.
