I just got a bill from Kaiser for August 4th, 2003

I just received a bill from Kaiser South for the date I had my 3 pre-

op appointments in San Diego (surgeon, psych, cardiologist). It's

only $10.00, but I feel it's weird that it's taken them so long to

bill me for this.

Of course, I'll call Kaiser to make sure I'm supposed to pay this

(it'll be a toll-free call). What I'm asking is if anyone else has

seen such a bill from them -- 14 months after the appointment(s).

Surgery by Dr. Leo - 6/03/04

(Pacific Bariatrics in San Diego)

weighed 315 at orientation (May '03) -- BMI 60

252 at surgery --BMI 46.1

last weighed at 197.5 (10/16/04) --BMI 37.3

Hopefully someday I'll weigh below 130 and be in a " normal " BMI

range.
