Ok, I'm stepping in here and telling about the bullet wound..Blast

this child...lol..he could have at least explained enough that

everyone wouldn't think he was a gang memeber or

something..lol...About 4 or 5 years ago, this child..goes to pop

fireworks on July 4th...He loves fireworks...He calls me about a

hour later with, " Mama, I'm alright, BUT. " I thought he had a

wreck or something...The next words were, " I SHOT MYSELF " ...Well,

I'm bolistic...I'm screeming and he

's hollering... " IN THE KNEE " ...Turns out that the cops would not

let them shoot the fireworks where they had initially started

to..So they went to a friends house...Ty goes to the restroom and

as he goes through the guys bedroom, sees a pistol under the

bed...Picks it up and goes to ask the guy if he can look at it..In

the mean time he is checking to be sure its not loaded...Not

realizing that when he pulls it back to check it, that he has

actually loaded the chamber...As he asks to look at it, it goes

off, shooting him in the knee and exiting, hitting the floor...He

was damn lucky...It went so close under the skin, you could

actually see the path of the bullet under the skin...It hit

nothing...But it got me stirred up..I could have shot him

myself...This child has always been tooooo curious...Always wanted

to know how things work...I think he may have learned on that

one..The family that owned the gun were nice enough to file it on

their homeowners insurance...It's New Years Eve ...Hope ya'll have a

good one...Waiting on the snow...

Love,

Rita
