Guest guest
Hello Mike, One month ago same thing happened to me. I start to check the temperature, but was fine.Few days later I buy another box of starter (like yours, Total) and my yoghurt was fine again. I blame only the starter at that moment, because it seems to be the only reason for the changing. So, try again and good luck! The yoghurt comes out a lot more gloopy and glutenous and tastes even more tart than normal. I haven't changed the starter (I use total) or any other part of the process. > > Any ideas and is it safe to eat? > > Mike >
