Sushi has helped me through some rough times. =) My hubby and I were eating it

around 3-4x's a week, but that got a bit expensive (we estimated that we spent

around $600 over a 3 month period on Sushi lunches and dinners), so now we have

it only 1-2x's a week.

My faves are Spicy Squid Roll, Tekka Maki, & plum tobiko. My ultimate fave is

Spicy Lobster, but that has some japanese mayo in it, so I can only eat it

sparingly.

When I first ate sushi, I would only eat the cooked nigiri, but I rarely eat

anything that's cooked anymore. Bring on the raw! =)

Ooh me too! My favorites are plain old nigiri salmon and tuna. I also

love unagi, but really the tuna and salmon are the best.
