Guest guest
hi! the ww smoothies are very yummy and convenient for a quick breakfast...they count as a milk and can be made with water for less points. they come in chocolate, vanilla and now they have the orange which tastes like the dreamcicles. my dh (not a breakfast eater) eats them just about every morning and they keep you full i think. i make mine in the blender and add ice cubes, sometimes some fruit, and othertimes fat free plain yogurt....gives it more bulk. heidi

Guest guest
One of my favorite breakfasts is 3 very thin slices of deli ham, just a touch of margarine in a pan and 'fry' the ham slices and a slice of wheat bread with margarine and a glass of ice water......I just love ice water in the morning and it helps me get my qouta for the day. Depending on the amount and type of margarine you use this would be a 4 or 5 point breakfast. Otherwise if I am going to be in the car, I will measure out a serving or two of cereal and much on that in the car with a cup of coffee or water. I can't have milk so I skip that. The dry crunchy cereal helps satisfy my need for crunchy stuff. Moe
Guest guest
> I need some help from those experienced with WW. What can I do for > breakfast? It needs to be extremely fast and portable. Any > thoughts...this seems to be my only struggle time! Thanks > Chari Here are some my really fast, portable breakfasts, you can mix and match more than one depending on how many points you have: pria bars (2 pts) Luna bars (3-4 pts, depending on flavor) Dannon Light & Fit Smoothies (2 pts) 1/2 cup fiber one cereal in a sandwich bag with one serving dried fruit (2-3 pts, depending on fruit used), I also like to mix this into FF yogurt if I have time and am able to sit down to eat. Homemade granola or chex mix from low fat recipe Piece of fruit & one serving of nuts or string cheese April
