Is my Yogurt OK?? (Need quick answer)

Hi all,

I made a new batch of yogurt yesterday, put it in my Excalibur Dehydrator, and forgot to turn it on. Ugh! It was sitting there at room temp for five hours before I realized what I had done (or didn't do). I went ahead and started the Dehydrator at that time. Is it still ok? Or should I throw it out and start again?
