Guest guest
Hi , Thanks for the update and info. Your beginning symptoms sounds almost identical to mine...I've had it every day for over 5 yrs. I am so happy for you that yours went away. Did you remove the carpet? It would be interesting to know if yours went away on it's own, as doctors say it does sometimes, or if in fact it was the higher dose of Atarx. Did you have any trouble functioning on that many mgs? I was given Atarax in the beginning too but only low mgs. May have to try this again. Thanks again, and I hope the New Year for you continues to be hive free. Hugs, Elaine in IN _________________________________________________________________ Chat with friends online, try MSN Messenger: http://messenger.msn.com
Guest guest
Elaine, I left the carpet. My husband and I rented a rug doctor and steam cleaned the entire house, several times. I did'nt have any problems with the higher doses of Atarax. Just a little tired in the beginning but my body adjusted to it fine. The Dr. at UVA told me that most Drs. don't prescribed a high enough dosage of Atarax to really help with hives,so I do contribute my getting better to the meds. but I also think cleaning the carpet helped too.The higher dose of Atarax may not get rid of yours but I bet it will really help ALOT. Give it a shot and let me know how it works. Best wishes --- Elaine W wrote: > > Hi , > > Thanks for the update and info.
