I am aching for some Ham...but dont think Id be able to find any that would be

SCD. Any thoughts?

Rack of lamb or lamb chops roasted with Dijon mustard or dried

mint-infused honey; peas in butter; squash. Etc.

Apple tart made with almond flour/butter crust.

Visit a few butcher shops in your area. They may be able to get a legal ham for

you. I've been meaning to do this myself.
