Almond butter with roasted almonds: legal?

Hi,

The almond butter I've been using for the past nearly two years from

my local grocery contains dry roasted unblanched almonds. Since the

almonds are roasted, is it legal? I hope so, since I haven't found

any other source for the almond butter.

On a similar vein, is walnut oil made from roasted walnuts legal?
