Guest guest
Janie, I had bursitis pretty bad in my hip a while back when diagnosed w/ fibro. I started taking Wobenzym N and it went away fairly quickly. It is a digestive enzyme that is supposed to be really good for arthritic people and fibro. Hasn't done much for my aches in my legs but then again I only take 4 a day, supposed to take 6 i guess and adjust up during flares. BUT my hip problem is gone and that was my only change I had done and it was within a week of starting. Give it a shot, you have nothing to loose!!! Guest guest
, thanks for the tip! I had never heard of Wobenzym N, so I went to google to learn. I am impressed. I'll find the cheapest source of it I can. Maybe my health food store has some. Here is the info in case others are curious: Product Description: Nutritional support for the body's inflammatory repair mechanisms. Developed almost 30 years ago by world renowned immunologist and biochemist Dr. Karl Ransberger and Dr. Max Wolf of Germany, Wobenzym™ from MUCOS™ GmbH & Co., is now recognized as the #1 oral enzyme preparation in the world. Because of its unique mode of action and biological effects, Wobenzym N is effective for a broad range of applications. Chemically, it is a combination of hydrolytic enzymes derived naturally from plants and animals together with the non-enzymatic component rutin. These various components enhance and compliment each other in their biological activity within the body. This combination has been scientifically proven to be more effective than the individual components alone. Many illnesses, and nearly all injuries can cause inflammation and cellular damage in our bodies. Wobenzym N provides nutritional support for the body's repair mechanisms. European studies have shown that Wobenzym not only supports the body's natural repair processes, but also appears to accelerate the process. Enzymes help to restore and promote microcirculation and at the same time assist the body in the removal of " fibrin mantles " at the various sites of inflammation. In this way Wobenzym N supports normal inflammation levels within the body. Notes: Wobenzym ™ N is a combination of the proteolytic, hydrolytic enzyme group. These enzymes use water to bond and will only cleave to specific essential amino acids. External conditions such as pH level, temperature and even the type of solution have an influence on the effectiveness and velocity (speed) of the enzymatic reaction in the body. For this reason, Wobenzym™ N is enteric coated to ensure its maximum absorption and effectiveness. Recommended Use: The average daily recommendation for consumption for general health and well being is 3 tablets twice a day. Athletes or heavy stress on the body may require 5 tablets three times a day. For severe conditions, one may require 10 tablets three or four times daily. Guest guest
Yes Janie, it is good stuff!!!! I have been on it for almost a year and have showed it to all my dr's and they agree it is good stuff. It even halps w/digestion and constipation, believe it or not!!!!! You may find you have a lot of gas when starting out so start out slow and work your way up!!!LOL!!! It can also give you loose stools if you take too much too quick. Other than that it is great. It has also helped out my reflux!!!! My health food store lady told me about it. There is no cheap brand that I am aware of just those that make it. Sometimes cheaper isn't necessarily better!!! My hip problem is gone though and considering I could hardly walk and they would lock up sometimes, that was a good thing!!!!

Guest guest
Wobenzym N can be find on line, just punch in the name in any search engine or you can try your local health food store and see if they have it. It is a little pricey but well worth the money. http://www.healthysales.com/ This link is probably your cheapest bet but I have not bought from them so I do not how they are to deal with.
