Also, if you type in clinical trials and sarcoidosis or neurosarcoidosis or ms or arthritis or whatever disease, you will generally get a list of trials. This site: http://www.clinicaltrials.gov is one that lists different trials for different conditions that the US gov is sponsoring (FDA). Check it out.
