Guest guest
Hi Bee, Your comment about trying to walk around with the bags of rice got me to thinking. I've been going to the gym for the past few weeks and one of the machines I use is a leg press. I decided to try lifting as much weight I could - I've lost 189 pounds, so I figured I should be able to lift quite a bit. Well, my trainer was impressed that I could lift a hundred (although I'll admit I couldn't do it more than a few times) - but there is absolutely no way I could come close to lifting that 189 pounds. Geez . . . how did I ever get around back then? Oh, yeah . . . not very well and on crutches. Wow! has life ever changed!
