diverticulitis/colitis question

my 73 y.o. FIL has div...he wants no part of my diet - but started bleeding last

week and went to the hosp - he also has emphysema and they found

pneumonmia/bronchitis when he got there too!!!

so they give him antibiotics!!! and of course his D's worse - I mention the diet

soup etc - and my MIL feeding said she's feeding him campbells

long story short I'm sending our scd soup tomorrow and doc removed antibiotics

now....

if he sticks with soup meat eggs but puts in ANY illegals- will it help at

all???

also should I bring my aci.. and/or s boullardi for him or not yet???
