Be very, very careful with lunch meat.

I can do prosciutto (pork and salt) which tastes very salty. However, I

react badly to most other lunch meats even if the stated ingredients are

legal.

Apparently, some companies use corn starch or potato starch as a

processing aid, and since it is a processing aid, it does not have to be

listed in the ingredients.

As a consequence, you will now hear my standing comment, which long-time

people on this list are heartily tired of.... Make your own, make your

own, make your own!

A nice beef roast or turkey breast sliced thin works really

well.
