Guest guest
I am thinking I may have a significant candida problem. I tested VERY allergic (IgG) to candida albicans. That probably means I have an overgrowth. My problem is that I am very thin as it is, and when I drop my carbs to the level that is suggested in the Stage 1 file for candida, I get very weak and my muscles get really fatigued. I don't think that is just from die off though, because it doesn't go away. I don't know how I can live on that level of carbs, even if I do up my intake of protein and fat. I can't afford to get any thinner. If you have made additional anti-candida restrictions to the SCD, do you have a problem with this? I also have multiple allergies that I have tested positive for. I feel like there is nothing left I can eat. Severe IgG allergies: cow's milk almonds walnuts peanuts bananas eggs (both the yolk and white) strawberries kiwi mild IgG allergies: goat's milk beef bell pepper broccoli carrot cayenne pepper cherries chili pepper grapefruit green beans mango melons (mushmelon kind of melons) salmon I'm really frustrated. I'm terrible at making menu's anyway, and this is not helping. Thanks all! Shonda SCD Jan 1, 2009 Lymphocytic colitis
