Thanks for the convincing and motivating e-mails and postings..I am starting again the beginners diet today with 100% commitment. Seriously, to all of you who provided the motivating encouragement thanks! I do have the book (2 copies actually) and have been to EVERY site available. I have Farmer's Cheese and already making yogurt...I am switching to Goats Milk though... Now some newby questions.... When do you add yogurt,butter, other oils? Is regular table salt o.k. or just kosher and sea salt? Any tips on making the cheese cake not so " grainy? " Is coconut flour legal and if so what are some good recipes for it? Found a soy sauce that does not contain wheat...Elaine said no b/c most contain wheat....Is this one legal? Ac'ai berry/Mangostein juice and fish oil-legal not legal?
