Is that an advanced food or can you eat it in the beginning? I've been on the diet 2.5 weeks. No D, and I've stopped losing weight! I was just thinking of something to crunch on:) My list of foods consist of : yogurt (everyday) farmer cheese (a little ever other day) eggs (everyday) avocadoes (everyday) carrots (cooked) squash (cooked) green beans (cooked) chicken (stewed) fish (baked) turkey (sometimes) apples (stewed with honey,cinnamon & butter) orange (raw) (only ocassionaly) coconut oil (for fixing my eggs) goat butter (all the time) apple cider (everyday) grape juice (sometimes) tea water ~Tonya~ Diverticulitis 12-07-08 SCD 1-13-09 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
