I've been looking for some that are a nice mix of protein, fat, and carbs to hold me through school. I've found lovely looking banana and zucchini muffins, but they all use nut FLOUR!!! I really want to use nut butter to be easier on my poor gut, but I have no idea how to modify the recipe. If any of you have experience modifying 'flour' recipes to 'butter' recipes, I'd greatly appreciate some advice! Also, any already modified nut butter recipes, preferably containing some form of veggie/ carb, would be appreciated too!
