Hi Elaine, Boy I wish there was a clear cut answer but there is not.

Several masto people I know cannot take Gastrocrom because it constipates

them or didn't work. Some do take ketifen (sp?) instead. They have to get

it from overseas but it works for them. However, for the most part, it does

help masto patients. I honestly honestly believe you need to rule it out.

Hi ,

I appreciate your concern, and you are probably right about needing to be

tested for Masto. I know you've posted it before, but I didn't save it...so

if you would please, at your convenience, send me the details I need to have

my doctor follow to be sure the testing is done correctly. I do have almost

all the symptoms you posted that are associated with Masto, but I just

figured since the Gastrocrom made me so much worse instead of better that I

probably didn't have it. Would also like to have more info on the med Keftin

you mentioned some masto people take. I checked but couldn't find much about

it. Thanks so much.

Hugs, Elaine
