I know how bogged down you are with emails, Dee--thank you soooo much

for you dedication and all the countless hours you must spend

responding to questions etc. I caught an email the other day where

you had given advice to one woman regarding E and T. I want to

explore this route also, as biggest symptom is my burning and think

that i should try these. On an even previous email, i recall you

talking about how with JUST the E cream, it helped some...but really

you got the best results with E plus the T. Is that right? Also, is

it etrace cream, or what is the exact name and kind of estrogen? What

exactly is the name of the testosterone also? I see my doctor first

thing tomorrow morning, and i want to be prepared to 'push hard' for

both creams, if she is not keen on prescribing them. So what exactly

am i asking her for? I hope if i appear knowledgeable on the subject,

she will have less hesitation on giving them. She's a little

frustrated with me right now, as i have put off having another PAP,

going on 4 years now, just because i have been saying that i dont want

anymore probing/scraping because of the constant yeast infections and

she has agreed to this, but does not want to re-order my

estradial/progesterone until i finally have another pap.

I WAS using the estiol suppositories two summers ago, but they stung

the vulva so bad i had to stop. Is the E cream going to be different

do you think? ie. is it the 'base' cream that caused the burning?

Dee, thank you so much for your input. i really appreciate you. I

appreciate all of the wonderful women on the this list who share their

invaluable experiences for all of us to learn from. I have learned so

much from all of you. :)

Warmly,

CarolLynn
