Guest guest Posted May 1, 2009 Report Share Posted May 1, 2009 I seem to recall the cap (as per BTVC) at 3 cups per day; too much of the galactose isn't good on the liver, as per Elaine. Also make sure to consume yogurt >1 hour after meals with iron if you have iron problems.
