Guest guest Posted April 18, 2004 Report Share Posted April 18, 2004 I'm at 174. I've had a bad week. (Though I haven't gained anything.) I'm just not journaling like I used to. I start counting pts in my head and then I just forget and I know that I've probably been over pts all week. Maybe I need that WW calculator to carry around. I was always keeping an excel spreadsheet on my computer and when I'd walk by, I'd jot everything down. But maybe that's become inconvenient... Fortunately I'm back at the gym. I was going 6 days a week but DH's schedule changed so he and I can rarely go together. (There goes my workout buddy! ugh!) So I've finally committed myself to 4 days a week.
