Cheyenne's WI- staying accountable

I'm at 174. I've had a bad week. (Though I haven't gained

anything.) I'm just not journaling like I used to. I start

counting pts in my head and then I just forget and I know that I've

probably been over pts all week. Maybe I need that WW calculator to

carry around. I was always keeping an excel spreadsheet on my

computer and when I'd walk by, I'd jot everything down. But maybe

that's become inconvenient...

Fortunately I'm back at the gym. I was going 6 days a week but DH's

schedule changed so he and I can rarely go together. (There goes my

workout buddy! ugh!) So I've finally committed myself to 4 days a

week.

Cheyenne, I think that journaling is definitely a good thing to work

on. Maybe you could keep a little notebook near you to write stuff on?

Yeah I know. Journaling in theory sounds so easy but for me, it

just doesn't seem to ever happen recently. I think I need a notepad

to hang around my neck! lol! Along with a pen!
