At least I was counting them too high instead of too low. I don't have a points calculator and just go by that slide thingy. I guess I usually made 1/4 cup and knew that was 1 point, and so when I decided to make Tory's famous breakfast sandwich and she said to use 1/2 cup egg beaters, I just assumed it was 2 points.
